Good service from MillenAir, clear communication and helpful with arranging convenient delivery.
The parachute arrived in what appears good condition, as typical of Mertens. It is a comfortable fit in our DG-300, and doesn’t irritate or chafe even after a long flight. Can’t comment on functioning, and certainly hope to never need to find out.
