Out of stock - available on backorder?

Don’t worry, delivery times are generally short! When it says “available on backorder”, the product is usually ready to ship out within 1-5 working days after ordering. This does not always apply to items that are custom made, like parachutes or all-weather covers, or items of high demand during the peak season (December through April). Please don’t hesitate to double check the actual delivery time with us.

How long will the delivery take?

We normally ship out to European countries with DPD, which delivers within the most of Europe between 1 and 4 working days. The closer to the Netherlands/Belgium, the faster.

On request we can offer express service, with guaranteed 24-hour delivery speed, provided the item you order is in stock. Please contact us to get an express-shipping quote.

For Non-European countries we either ship with TNT/FedEx/DHL (2-5 working days), or on request post-package service (7-14 working days).

How much are the delivery charges?

The shopping cart system automatically calculates the shipping charge for the selected country. In most European countries we offer free shipping from either 250 or 500 EUR order value (depending on the country). Please give it a try in the shopping cart.

For The Netherlands we offer free shipping from 150 EUR.

What exactly happens after ordering?

If in stock, the order will normally ship out within 24 hours provided the payment is made immediately. For bank transfers, shipping out is delayed until the payment arrives in our bank account. Please check your email for the bank transfer instructions. If you haven’t received any email, please check your spam folder. If you need assistance, please send us a message.

Orders placed before 10am should be shipping out the same day (exceptions exist, we like flying as well…).

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, of course an official invoice with VAT is included in each order.

Can I order with a VAT-number?

Yes, our shopping cart system is able to automatically check the validity of your VAT-number. Please enter it in the respective VAT-number-field during the checkout process.

Yes, your data is fully secure on our website. Please note that payments are processed externally from our website, by our payment provider. Please check the lock icon and the security certificate when in doubt.
